Return Policy

If you’re not happy with your order, please don't hesitate to email us. We offer a 6 month warranty policy on our products. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 48 hrs. 

Customers have 14 days after they receive a package to email us about return details. After returns will not be accepted. You can email us at jewelsbykc1@gmail.com 

Please contact us via jewelsbykc1@gmail.com to request a return form. Be sure to include it, along with your original invoice, in the shipment when you send it back to us! 

The customer is responsible for costs associated with the shipping and handling of all returned items.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We HIGHLY recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages. This will also allow you to know when your return has made it to us. We do not notify when returns are received to us. 

Please note: We cannot process returns without purchase/order information. Please include your order number and name on a note with your return. 

**We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any sign of alteration or misuse.
